If the child is found responsible for the allegations in the petition or adjudicated delinquent of a criminal offense after entering an admission or being found delinquent by the court after a trial, the following punishments can be imposed:
- Probation.
- Judicial Warning.
- Residential Commitment and Aftercare Supervision.
- Adult Sanctions (if the child is tried as an adult in adult court).
The sentence imposed depends on whether the charge is a misdemeanor or a felony offense.
